Contacting Customer Services

Orders will be dispatched usually within 24 hours via Royal Mail, however please allow up to 3 days during busy times of the year. 

Before returning any goods, customers must email us or use the enquiry form to obtain a goods return number

We want you to have as much pleasure from your purchase as we had developing it for you.  In the unlikely event you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will promptly and without fuss, refund your total purchase cost excluding postage costs - provided you return your purchase to us unopened in its original packaging explaining the problem with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
